product pricing
Galaxy Stitch reserves the right to alter product prices with or without notice. Additionally, we may introduce new products or expand our existing product range without prior announcement.

edits and adjustment
Galaxy Stitch offers complimentary minor edits and adjustments on any order for a period of 90 days. After this period, edits will incur a charge. Major alterations are subject to fees, which will be determined by our team upon reviewing the requested design changes.
refund
At Galaxy Stitch, we’re committed to delivering top-notch service by leveraging our expertise to ensure customer satisfaction. However, if a customer remains unsatisfied, we offer an unconditional 100% refund for up to 7 days after delivery.
payment terms
Galaxy Stitch issues invoices to customers once the order is complete and delivered. Billing will reflect the quoted price, or in the absence of a quote request, it will be based on the stitch count as detailed below. Volume orders may qualify for special pricing. Delivery Of The Product
All orders from Galaxy Stitch are delivered through electronic mail (Email). We do not provide physical delivery.
